Cordless Gas Powered Glue Gun

This is a robust and lightweight gas powered glue gun that runs on refillable butane gas using standard cigarette lighter cannisters. Being ideal for a range of applications including flooring, shop fitting, low voltage wiring and more it can dispense 1.5Kg of glue per hour (approx 45 x 12mm glue stocks). The MS 200 LCD Hot Melt Glue Applicator gun lets you process hot-melt glue in the form of 43mm slugs, granulate and pillows. It doesn't require compressed air and thanks to its 600 Watts of power it is ready to go in 5 minutes. The large glue chamber makes filling the capacity of 250 ml comfortable and reduces spillage. Its latest feature now includes a digital heating control with LCD display for more temperature accuracy.
A unique ergonomic shape with an adjustable trigger enables the user to work comfortably and without fatigue. The MS 200 LCD is suited even for delicate hands and both right and left-handers. In combination with a variety of available nozzles the MS 200 LCD serves almost every application conveniently, flexibly and professionally.

Versashot Extrusion Handgun and Hose Assembly
As an alternative to the stick or granular format glue guns we also provide larger hand applicator and automatic systems designed for the higher end user who wishes to apply peelable / removable and other types of hot melt glue in a dot or bead format -moving beneath the application heads on a conveyor line. These Hot Melt Adhesive Dispensers typically use a K-Series melter with a tank with either a 6.4kg / hour or a 12.7kg / hour melt rate, a 2.4 metre hose, and then are fitted with either the Versashot Extrusion hand gun or an Automatic Style Single Nozzle Application Head & solenoid valve. Hot Melt Glue Bulk Adhesive Dispenser

This bulk adhesive dispenser is ideal for industrial use and is the step up from Glue Guns to apply hot melt glue. The advantage of using the bulk dispenser is that it can use hot melt glue in different forms including pillows, slugs, pellets or blocks with a wider variety of gues including removable as well as fast packing glues. It can dispense 2.7kg of glue per hour making it suitable for pallet satiation or the assembly and gluing of corrugated cartons.

Glue Dot Dispenser

The 8200 is a hot melt gluedot dispenser which is
designed to dispense a peelable or removable adhesive glue dot. The adhesive glue dot provides a temporary bond of glue for promotional material similar to preformed glue dots on a roll but with savings of over 60%. The benefit of this machine is that you can choose from a range of sizes and produce them yourself instead of purchasing glue dots by the box. The glue dots can be of different sizes from 7mm – 30mm diameter or a single line if required. The unit is all electric, so no compressed air is required. The adhesive glue in the TEC8200 is dispensed by a small piston pump that is operated by a small hand lever or with the optional foot pedal. Uses 0.5Kg block of glue.

For convenience and an alternative to Glue Guns and hot melt glue, Glue Dots are a poplular solution with mailouts, promotional packaging, assembly and labelling. They are FDA approved for direct and indirect food contact and are water clear in colour. They come in a rangle of profiles (height/thickness) and diameters. You must consider that different spray adhesives have varying degrees of adhesion when choosing which adhesive will work best for your project. Hot Melt Glue
Get Packeds range of Hot Glue is available in sticks, slugs or pellets and is made from 100% solid non-toxic adhesive containing no solvents or water. The Glue is heated in the chamber of the Hot Melt Glue Gun to form a liquid adhesive that is extruded through the nozzle of the gun when the trigger is gently squeezed. The molten adhesive is applied to one surface of the product with the item to be attached pressed together to form a permanent bond or seal. Hot Melt Adhesive is available in many formulation to suit almost any application.
